We’ve worked with the Parole Board for the last two years, even sitting on their panels, to help get inside their recruitment process. They are high profile and subject to extreme public scrutiny – but this campaign faced that issue head on. With over 6000+ unique visitors logging onto the microsite and almost 1000 applications, the response was huge.
Wincanton’s Graduate campaign has been low-key and staid to date and they wanted to hire a new breed of graduate who would be inspired by pan-European opportunity and the breadth of the business. They required a simple piece of literature that could be handed out at exhibitions, a microsite and a stand that would attract attention and invite intrigue.
Using a range of media, we believed that a strong on-campus presence was key to selling and explaining to new graduates what Wincanton does.
Kent Police’s primary role is protecting Kent and keeping Kent safe. Intelligence-led policing is fundamental to this aim. Police Officers have to make crucial decisions and important judgements every day, so this advertisement challenged stereotypes through a strong emphasis on brainpower.

The look and feel of the ad and copy tone delivered a message that reflected the brand’s elegance and style. Although Zenith is well known internationally, they are investing considerably in the UK to increase market share and profile. This ad needed to attract a grounded, creative and ambitious professional – someone who can help take Zenith to the next level.
