Matrix re-accreditation cements Penna as one of the UK's leading human capital management consultancies

Penna has been re-accredited with the Matrix Standard, the national quality mark for the provision of information advice and guidance services (IAG).

The Matrix Standard appeals to organisations because it is outcome driven and is multi-faceted. In order to gain an accurate picture of organisations, assessors have to speak to everyone from clients to suppliers. As a result, if the Matrix Standard is awarded, it provides confirmation from an independent body that the IAG work the organisation is providing is of the highest level. This in turn is a distinct advantage when motivating teams.
