Penna wins Most Effective Use of Interim Management Award
Penna's Executive Interim team collected this prestigious award at the HR Excellence Awards 2005, hosted by Human Resources Magazine.
Penna won through a project delivered to Ealing Council, by placing three interim executives to introduce private sector skills to transform the HR function.
Penna worked closely with Ealing to understand their needs and sourced and placed a team of experienced interim candidates to work in Learning and Development, Resourcing and HR Business Partnership.
