Interim management is the utilisation of senior managers or directors who have a specialist skill or knowledge which is applied to solve a business problem. Interim management projects will tend to be short to medium term with the interim manager, on completion of the assignment, leaving some form of legacy value to the client company. With the current pace of business and organisational change, organisations often have a need for specialist and experienced skill sets on a non-permanent basis.
