Winners HR Excellence Award 2005 - Most Effective use of Interim Management

Penna worked with Ealing Council on a major HR transformation programme, sourcing and placing three interim executives to drive the transition. The innovative part of the project was that each of the interims we placed came from a financial services background - which is exactly what the council needed. The results were exceptional.
